Elian Solutions, part of Bittnet Group, acquires Kepler Management Systems, and together, they aim for revenues of 30 million lei by 2024
After five years of continuous development, during which it recorded a fourfold increase in revenue and sixfold increase in profit, Elian Solutions announces the signing of a merger and acquisition (M&A) transaction with Kepler Management Systems, a competitor with 16 years of market experience.

Elian Solutions, provider of ERP and Business Intelligence solutions and part of the Bittnet Group, announces the acquisition of Kepler Management Systems. Kepler Management Systems, founded in 2007, is a Microsoft partner and offers solutions similar to those of Elian. Mr. Genovel Iovu, the founder of Kepler Management Systems, will ensure a smooth transition until the end of the fiscal year 2023 and the integration of the work teams.

With a solid experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision), Kepler recorded a turnover of 5.8 million lei and a net profit of 460,000 lei in 2022. Currently, Kepler has 80 clients in 11 countries and a team of over 20 colleagues. Among its clients are companies in the automotive, transportation, production, and services sectors.
