Applying for a job
For job applications, we use an external recruitment management tool for management purposes. When you apply for a job at ELIAN Solutions, your personal data will be processed and controlled by ELIAN Solutions. Applications will not be stored for a longer period than necessary and will not be disclosed to third parties. Marketing emails
ELIAN Solutions has the right to send marketing emails to customers with their consent. This specific form of consent must be freely given, specific, and informed. These requirements are met when customers have opted to receive marketing emails (actively consented).
Customers will always have the right to object, upon request and without cost, to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes without having to provide specific justifications. Customers can do this by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link that appears in the email messages we send, or they can send us a message at dpo@elian-solutions.com. Once a customer has objected, their personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing.
Marketing emails contain information that we consider interesting for the customer, as well as up-to-date news related to our products and services.
Responsibility
ELIAN Solutions is responsible and will be able to demonstrate compliance with GDPR and the principles set out in this document at any time. ELIAN Solutions will keep under its responsibility a record of processing activities containing the information requested by GDPR and, where necessary, will make the information available to supervisory authorities.

Complaints
