ELIAN Solutions announces the signing of the agreement under which DIGMATIX AS, a company headquartered in Latvia, will acquire 100% of the share capital of ELIAN Solutions S.R.L. and its subsidiary, ELIAN Development Systems S.R.L. The transaction marks a new stage of development for ELIAN Solutions and strengthens DIGMATIX Group’s position in Central and Eastern Europe.
Through this transaction, ELIAN Solutions joins an international group specialized in Microsoft Business Applications and advanced IT solutions, with a team of approximately 430 specialists and clients in more than 40 countries. For ELIAN Solutions, becoming part of DIGMATIX Group creates the foundation for accelerated development, access to more complex regional and international projects, and expanded capabilities available to existing and future clients.
Founded in 2008, ELIAN Solutions is one of the leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners in Romania. After the completion of the transaction, ELIAN Solutions shareholders and managers, Iulian Motoi and Mihaela Ivancuta, will continue in their operational roles and will become shareholders in DIGMATIX Group.
