ELIAN Solutions, one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation partners in Romania and Eastern Europe, closed 2025 with total revenues exceeding RON 31.6 million, representing a 22% increase compared to the previous year.
This performance marks the best year in the company’s history in terms of total revenue generated and further strengthens ELIAN Solutions’ position among Romania’s leading ERP solution providers. The company is ranked among the top three Microsoft-recommended partners in the local market, reflecting its expertise, successful project delivery, and long-standing commitment to helping organizations accelerate their digital transformation.
Growth was driven by the strong performance of all the company’s business lines-licensing, implementation, and support services—which contributed to a balanced revenue structure.
In 2025, licensing revenue accounted for approximately 39% of total revenue, reaching around RON 12.1 million, while implementation services generated a comparable amount of approximately RON 12 million. Support and maintenance services contributed nearly RON 7 million, representing 22% of total revenue.
This balanced distribution highlights the company’s ability to generate sustainable growth across its entire portfolio of services, while maintaining a diversified and resilient business model.

Support and maintenance services contributed nearly RON 7 million, representing 22% of total revenue.
This balanced revenue mix underscores the company’s ability to deliver value across the full customer lifecycle, from software licensing and implementation to ongoing support and continuous business optimization.
At the same time, the company continued to focus on large-scale projects for clients with a significant number of users operating on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS (Software as a Service), a cloud-based solution that enables direct access to the system from anywhere.
By the end of 2025, ELIAN Solutions had surpassed the milestone of 1,000 licensed Business Central SaaS users, a significant indicator of both the company’s expanding customer portfolio and the accelerating adoption of cloud technologies among businesses. This achievement reflects the growing demand for scalable, secure, and flexible ERP solutions that support digital transformation and long-term business growth.
During the past year, 35 new projects were launched, including 23 full ERP implementations and 12 upgrade projects to the latest versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Revenue generated by these projects, together with projects initiated in 2024 and completed in 2025, accounted for approximately 39% of the company’s total turnover.
At the same time, around 75% of all upgrade projects involved the transition to the SaaS (Software as a Service) model, highlighting the growing preference among businesses for cloud-based ERP solutions. This trend reflects the increasing demand for greater flexibility, scalability, security, and continuous access to innovation delivered through cloud technologies.
2025 also brought a number of important organizational developments for the company. The Support and Maintenance team was further strengthened and now consists of 15 dedicated consultants.
The department handles an average of approximately 300 service requests per week for a portfolio of around 400 clients, leveraging standardized processes designed to optimize response times and ensure full traceability of all support activities. This ongoing investment in service capabilities reflects ELIAN Solutions’ commitment to delivering high-quality customer support and maintaining long-term partnerships with its clients.
During the past year, ELIAN Solutions also formalized its Project Management department, with each major project being overseen by a dedicated Project Manager. The clear separation of responsibilities between project management and technical delivery contributed to improved operational efficiency during the second half of the year.
At the same time, the company launched ELIAN Academy, an internal initiative designed to support the certification and recertification of specialists on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. The program aims to strengthen internal expertise, ensure continuous professional development, and maintain the high standards of quality and knowledge required to deliver complex ERP projects successfully.
“2025 has been a year of maturity and stability for ELIAN Solutions. The foundations built in previous years—including operational KPIs, a stabilized management team, and clearly defined procedures across all departments—have delivered tangible results. Our company continues to grow at a sustainable pace, supported by dedicated teams and well-established processes,” said Iulian Motoi, CEO of ELIAN Solutions.
For 2026, the company plans to continue its growth trajectory through investments in its people, strengthening customer relationships, and advancing technological innovation.
Key initiatives planned for the year include the further development and maturation of the Project Management team, the organization of ELIAN Open Day, an event dedicated to showcasing the company’s support and maintenance services to clients, and the development of a more industry-focused approach to delivering ERP solutions.
These initiatives are designed to enhance customer value, strengthen operational excellence, and support the company’s long-term strategy of sustainable growth and specialization.
In parallel, the company is investing in the development of AI-powered agents for ERP systems, designed to address specific business needs identified across various industries and operational areas.
The launch of these solutions is planned for 2026 and will mark a new stage in ELIAN Solutions’ evolution, focused on integrating artificial intelligence into ERP processes. By combining the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with advanced AI technologies, the company aims to help organizations further automate operations, improve decision-making, and increase overall business efficiency.
