Questions in natural language — precise answers and actions

The Virtual Engineer communicates with human operators in natural language, whether in English or another widely used international language, through standard business channels such as chat and email. By using natural language, the operator is no longer dependent on the application interface, resulting in a smoother learning curve and significant time savings.

The Virtual Engineer combines domain expertise with direct access to data,  and deliver valuable insights and relevant recommendations. The platform is natively integrated with Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics NAV

Every answer is based on accurate data available in the system. When a human operator asks the Virtual Engineer to carry out an action, such as sending an email to a customer or creating a sales order, confirmation is always required before the action is performed.
